10-9 kingwood hill 3x3 easy-medium-mediumER
well, this run was mediumly hard. We ran kingwood hills 3 sets of easy-medium-mediumer. I think that we ran the easy's to slow. The first one was abou 1:22, the second one was about 1:30, and the third was abou 1:26. For the mediums, I think they were all around the 1:15 range. For the mediumers, I think we did 1:12, 1:14, and 1:10. It did not seem that crazy hard at the end, so I think that we did them to slow. We then jogged for 10 minutes and then did 200 cut-downs, at 36, 34, 32, and 30. These felt a little bit harder than the hills. My legs were tired, though, for the hills. It was an okay work out. The main thing I remember is that I feel like we ran the hills too slow.
