10-2 800 tempos with short rest
This practice was hard, but it wasn't horrible. My legs were definitely done afterwards, though. I ran 5 800's. I think I ran 2:52, 2:50, 2:53, 2:50, and 2:52, or something like that. It went pretty well. It was tough, but it was good. I'm glad the other guys in my group made it through this time.
