10-16 Tommy
Ran a Tommy Balcom in 34:58. My legs did not feel very good. I had that powerless feeling again, like I have been having at the meets. It stunk. I was still able to average 7 minute miles. I know that this probably directly had to do with the amount of sleep that I got last night, which was about 6 hours. I also got my ferratin tested today, and it was quite a bit lower than I thought it would be. It was 27.2. I am pretty sure that this means that I need to take Iron, so I am going to start. I really hope that this can make me feel better, because I know that I felt a ton better at the begginning of the season. Just look at the North Bend meet as an example. I know that I can feel it. I remember that I got my ferratin tested during track season of my freshman year, and it was in the 60's. The tommy balcolm I ran last week felt a lot easier and was a minute faster.
