9-6-06 Alien Threshold run

Well, I ran the 4 mile AT run in 27:05, which is about 6:46 pace per mile. I think I did pretty well except for the last mile, which was like 7:10. I think my first mile was 6:55, then 6:15, then 6:43, and 7:12, I guess. It didn't feel to bad. It was tough, but better than expected. The wind was intense. I may have been able to go a little harder, but I was trying to not push it into going anaerobic. I think the main problem I had was the last mile being a little slow, but other than that it was good.
