9-5 the foggy morning
First school morning practice, pretty much. Ran to Cackleberries, and back to begin, took 15:38, felt somewhat hard, although I could keep up with the other guys. Lifting wasn't bad, I tried to start out kind of easy, since this is the first time of the year, and I remember how it felt last year. It felt like my muscles were all out of wack. After we lifted today I kind of had a feeling that I had to puke for a little while, but after about 1 minute of the cool down it went away. The cool down was about 10 minutes, and it felt fine.
