9-4 minutesminutesminutes

Well, this practice we ran minutes. 5,3,2,2. It wasn't bad. Once the 5 was over the other three felt relatively short. I felt pretty strong on this one until the end of the first 2, where I started to feel the feeling where I had no power anymore in my legs. I didn't have anything left for the last one. It's wierd, because no matter how hard I pushed, I couldn't go any faster. Kind of like that feeling of running on sand. It didn't feel to hard, though. It was a medium difficulty.
