9-25 Birthday Earner 1000's

yep, this was on my birthday. This actually felt pretty good. I ran 5 1000's. with about 8 minute breaks in between. I ran the first one in 3:38, 2nd in 3:42, 3rd in 3:36, 4th in 3:34, and 5th in 3:34. For some reasons these type of work outs suit me really well. For other info, I ran 19 minutes to warm up and 12 to cool down.
