9-14 the undeniable combo: minutes and kingwood hills
Well, todays run actually wasn't too bad. It was definitely hard, but I was able to go pretty strong the whole time. My legs were a little tired, but they felt better. Ran a 10 minute warm up, then 5-3-2-1-1. I wasn't sure if we were just supposed to do one 1, because I think it said one on the schedule. Travis and I did two though, just to be safe. A little extra work doesn't hurt. The hills went pretty well, the kingwood hills. I ran 70, 66, 66, and 68. It went pretty well overall, other than my stomach was really starting to cramp up at the end of the hills. I'll just say I had some serious gas.
